Here at Fonebitz, we make our Service Agreements simple and easy to understand. The following should answer a few questions you might have.

How long is it?

Your repairs warrenty commences the day of your repair being completed and lasts for 90 days only. Accessories: Your acessories guarantee commences the day of your purchase being completed and lasts for 26 weeks only.

What is covered?

Repairs: The repair made on the item has a guarantee only on the work being done e.g plugs that may come loose, incorrect instaltion or repair of item. Your item is covered for up to the full purchase price of the repair. Accessories: Manufacturer defects of the purchased accessory. Your item is covered for up to the full purchase price of the accessory but may be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

What is not covered

There are some notable exclusions to your coverage. Screen and LCD accidental damage: We do not cover damage towards the screen of your item. Accidental damage from user handling: Where parts or accessories have been purchased and installed or handled by the user in a manner that has resulted in damage to the part or accessory, this is not covered under our warranty. Items that are accidentally damaged by liquid are not covered by our warranty. Software: We don't cover software issues (but will attempt to assist you with a problem)

Value of your Coverage
